Where do you ship?
We ship to the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders to the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take?
- United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days in total (1 to 2 days processing, 3 to 5 days
Business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after our 3:00 PM London time cut-off are processed the next business day.
Who delivers my order?
UK orders are sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier and tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow a little time for tracking to become active after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. Prices shown on our website include VAT or tax where applicable, and nothing further is charged beyond the price you see at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and tags where applicable. Contact us with your order details to start a return and we will send you instructions.
Who pays for return postage?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and accepting your return, back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the size, colour, or style you would prefer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 day of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
My address is wrong. What do I do?
Contact us immediately. We can usually correct an address before dispatch, but not after the parcel has left us.
What sizes do you stock?
Sizes vary by product. The available sizes are listed on each product page, along with fabric, fit, and care details.
Can I visit the shop?
Yes. We are at 44 Broad Ln, Liverpool L11 1AJ, open Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, closed Sunday.
